Handyman as a service
The concept is simple, but somewhat unique - a Handyman as a service, not as a business. This means offering high quality handyman services to everyone, including people who need work done around their home but do not have the means to take care of it themselves.
The name "Helping Out " suggests two similar concepts:
- A desire to help others with their household handyman needs
- A means for others to help their friends, family and neighbors through our handyman services
Helping Out Handyman is able to offer handyman services at a very reasonable rate - one that covers our supplies, insurance and similar expenses. This allows us to better help those in need of an affordable handyman service.
Additionally, you may want to help someone who needs a handyman but are not able to afford one. This can be accomplished by using our service and donating above our standard affordable rate, or by simply paying for us to do some work for someone else. In this way we operate more like a service, or even a charity. Note - at this time we are not a 501(c)(3) - so contributions are not tax deductible, but they will be used to help offset the cost for those who need it.

Note: Per State Law, there are limits on what we can offer. But we will be glad to offer advice on any project and let you know how we can help.

Doors, windows and screens - whether it is replacing a door, a new lockset, rekeying existing locks, new moulding or screen repair.
Plumbing/Sprinkers - Need new faucets? Or fix a dripping one? New toilet? Broken sprinklers?
Home Appliances - We can fix common issues or replace items like garbage disposals or built-in microwaves.
Hang TVs, pictures, mirrors or shelves
ELECTRICAL
We can handle most common electrical tasks around your house including:
Installing/replacing new lights, outlets or ceiling fans
Troubleshooting electrical outlets or power issues
Adding security lights around your house.
LIGHT CONSTRUCTION
Let us help you with minor items like:
